Increasingly, anything I write that is well thought out and complex on any controversial topic, never gets posted on Huffington Post.
They post my replies that say things like "LOL" and "Yup!" but nothing of substance.
I am unsure of the meaning of this.
Any ideas?
Next time I am inclined to post something well thought out, I will put it here in the News Only thread.
Or better yet, in the Members Only part of the board.
Though it would be fun to get some righties on here.

OK. I have some doozies I can invite.
I like mostly to fight on Friday nights. Yanno, Friday Night Fights, which the couple who live in my neighborhood have regularly, and as I remember from my long ago days of being married.
Maybe Alchemy/ej can figure out a way to only let them on on nights when we need them.

I think it's indicative of the general deterioration of the site and how everything has gone to hell since they initiated the badge system. Perhaps they think you ought to be able to say anything in 2 lines or less, just like a tweet. Did you hear Yahoo wants to buy HP? I wonder how things would change if that happens.

It seems like a waste of time anymore to write something thats more than a couple of sentences. By the time your posts gets approved it is unlikely its even going to show up on the page since another 20 or more tweets get posted within a few minutes. Not too many people are going to scroll down to look at older posts since new ones pop-up as fast as they can read them.
I feel like any thought out posts should start: "Dear Diary", because you're primarily talking to yourself these days.

So everybody, if you want to write something long, you can do it HERE!
At the moment I have nothing long to say, but sometimes I do.
And sometimes I like to read what other have to say when it is deep and complicated.
